Welcome to the registration portal for Cultivating Sustainable Collections 2026, which will be held at Western University in London, Ontario. The symposium will take place September 12 and 13, with free optional pre-symposium tours on September 11, and a follow-up event hosted by the Canadian Conservation Institute at Western on October 3. Registration provides access to all panels, pre- and post-symposium events, and the choice of one workshop per day.

Once registered for in-person events, you will receive further information on how to sign up for workshops and tours, accommodation and travel suggestions, and accessibility requests.

Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. If choosing the no lunch option, please note that there are very few food outlets open on campus during weekends.

If attending virtually, a Virtual Portal log-in will be sent to your email address the week prior to the event. Virtual access is for panels only (not workshops or tours).
