A Virtual Portal log-in will be sent to your email address (provided at registration) the week prior to the event.

Presenter Registration Rate - $58.00 taxes included

Deadline date to submit registration AND abstract is Monday, June 1st at 11:59 pm (EDT)

Note - registration will close for presenters on this date

Early Attendee Registration Rate - $58.00 taxes included

Deadline date for early bird is Monday, June 1st at 11:59 pm (EDT)

Late Attendee Registration Rate - $68.00 taxes included

Begins Monday, June 1st at 11:59 p.m. (EDT)

Registration Closes on Wednesday, August 5th at 11:59 pm (EDT)

Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel up until two weeks from the event for a full refund.

Cancellations received within two weeks (July 23rd @ 11:59pm) of the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
