Welcome to the registration form for COSy 2023 at Western University in London, Ontario. This form will collect your contact and affiliation information. As well, you will be able to indicate whether you are interested in contributing a talk and whether you would like to be considered for funding.

The registration fee must be paid through this form to complete the registration process.

The registration is tiered in four different categories:

Faculty/Researchers with grant:  $200.00

Plenary Speakers:  $100.00

Faculty/Researchers without grants:  $100.00

Post Docs and Grad Students:  $50.00

Registration fees will primarily be used to cover catering, auditorium rental fees, administrative costs, and other miscellaneous costs incurred by the event that are not eligible for reimbursement by our sponsoring institutions.
