Access to the web based platform and all conference content.

A Virtual Portal log-in will be sent to your email address (provided at registration) the week prior to the event.

Registration Rates and Deadline Dates

(All rates are in Canadian funds)

Presenter Registration Rate - $50.00 taxes included

Deadline date to submit registration AND abstract is Thursday, April 7th at 11:59 pm (MST)

Note - registration will close for presenters on this date

Early Attendee Registration Rate - $50.00 taxes included

Deadline date for early bird is Tuesday, May 17th at 11:59 pm (EDT)

Late Attendee Registration Rate - $60 taxes included

Begins Wednesday, May 18th at 12:00 a.m. (EDT)

Registration Closes on Monday, May 30th at 11:59 pm (EDT)

Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel up until two weeks from the event for a full refund.

Cancellations received within two weeks (May 18th @ 11:59pm) of the start of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
