All COVID restrictions as set forth by any level of government (municipal, provincial or federal) and including the Middlesex London Health Unit, Western University, London Health Sciences Centre or St. Joseph’s Health Care London, will be strictly enforced on the day of event.

Registration Fees include meals and nutrition breaks, main conference, program materials, and parking.
Early bird registration will close on Friday, March 11th, 2022; 11:59 p.m.
Advanced registration will close on Wednesday, May 4th, 2022; 11:59 p.m.
HST will be applied to all registration fees.
The Early Bird Breakfast Session is a separate registration, no additional cost, presentation.
Wi-fi access will be available at the conference centre.
