Registration options are provided here for both the in-person and virtual meeting and associated events, as well as additional options for Western University on-campus lunches.

The London 2021 Local Organizing Committee is monitoring COVID-19 updates and is planning a hybrid conference with a mix of in-person and virtual talks and events. Room capacities are being set according to the prevailing COVID-19 conditions in London, ON. Western guests will be expected to follow guidelines set by Western and the Middlesex-London Health Unit.

In-person registration types include participation in all meeting activities on campus at Western University as well as all virtual meeting features.

Virtual registration types include participation in all virtual meeting features including the virtual only and hybrid scientific program.

When registering for the in-person conference it is recommended that you participate in the lunch meal plan as a limited amount of food offerings will be available on campus at Western during the conference.

Note that joining or renewing membership in GAC or MAC reduces the meeting fee by typically more than the membership rate!
