Delaware opened in 1965 with a unique aerial shape as an "X" marks the spot in the heart of the Western campus!  Fully renovated in 2015 to become a proud LEED® Silver certified building while still preserving its historical significance at Western.

Breakfast is NOT included with your reservation.

Private Conference Suite Accommodation - $144

Rooms are equipped with a double bed, duvet blanket, pillows and bed linens, kitchenette and sitting room, bath towels, facecloth and bathroom amenities.

Traditional-Style Accommodation - $60

Each private bedroom is equipped with a single bed, blanket and bed linens, pillows, facecloth and bath towels and washing soap.  There are three washrooms on each floor.
