Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of your registration must be sent to conference.services@uwo.ca by Monday, April 15th.

No refunds will be given for notices received after this date, but delegate substitutions are permitted.

All cancelled registrations will be subject to a Western Conference Service administrative charge of $50.00 plus HST.  

Conference Services regrets that there will be no refunds issued after April 15th.
