WCSE "Add a Newb" Program for 2017

In network science language, our WCSE community is a collection of "nodes" (participants) connected to one another by various numbers and types of "links" (relationships).

WCSE would like to grow our network by attracting new nodes (obviously known as "Newbs") and we believe that the best source of Newbs will be the existing networks of our current followers.

So, if you have already attended at least one WCSE event, you are a node.  Review the links in your own networks and convince someone who has never attended a WCSE event before to accompany you in 2017; this is your Newb.  Both you and your Newb will enjoy a $50 discount on Full Conference Registration.

Fine Print:

1)Although the "Add a Newb" program does apply to Early Registration, it does not apply to student or day rate registrations.

2)Conference participants from Western can be Nodes but they cannot be Newbs.

3)Nodes and Newbs must declare this new link to one another during their respective Registration process.

4)Nodes may claim only one Newb each.

5)Nodes may be affiliated with a different institution than their respective Newb.

6)Nodes are responsible for helping their Newbs make links into the WCSE network.
